Exception Severtiy: Fatal/Warning/Information

For Test Case 4: Invalid XML:

In this case, we received a well formed xml, valid UniquemessageID and Call BackGuid in the RFP. Validation process was incomplete because of an XML error. So I feel appropriate word for Exception Severity is ‘Warning’ rather than ‘Fatal’ as per our acknowledgement schema definitions.

In IAB_Acknowledgement.xsd:

Fatal: means system processed nothing.

Warning: means system processed something, but perhaps incompletely.

We're interpreting a fatal exception to mean when the document, in this case the RFP, cannot be processed. So for the case where the RFP XML is invalid the exception severity would be set to Fatal. If we were to interpret a fatal error literally to mean no processing of any type has been performed at all, then would be an example of a fatal error? Thanks, Sandy
